The real estate market has been defined by the countless new home communities, the master planned developments and most recently the high rise developments on and near The Strip. MARKET TRENDS
All pricing metrics continue to trend down and inventory has seen only a nominal decrease. The rate of new listings has subsided somewhat and the absorption rate seems to have reach a level of stability though it's not setting any records. The days on market may also be leveling off a bit. It is certainly too early to get excited, but we are seeing some signs of stabilization.
